"We want register our UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE happened during our visit @ West Palm Beach Location : 06 FEB 24 : 2:23PM to 3:52 PM : Our Appointment Time : 3:00 PM they asked us to come 15 mins early. We reached the facility before 2:30pm & filled our application everything as directed. NOTE : Reception Person did her part GOOD JOB : 100% On the other hand ASHLEIGH CABRERA didn't even say Hi, didn't even made courtesy call to reschedule the appointment. They made us to wait for 1 1/2 hrs didn't even acknowledge & explain not even a word. She is busy serving rich client came before us & got carried away. We literally mean to say TOTALLY AWAY from Professionalism, FAIR & EQUAL TREATMENT. After 12 years of struggle We are convinced ourselves to come for consultation trusting We will receive proper Consultation, Reception & Service from Sono Bello Port folio. She works hard for the family & kids. She (WOMEN & MOM) deserves fair genuine service. On different note, the way we treated by ASHLEIGH is complete portrayal of R...M & E....M serving & pampering & giving more attention to RICH CLIENTELE BASE. Yes, We are MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY struggle to accomplish basic Quality Lifestyle. As a MOM of TWO KIDS, AT-LEAST SHE DESERVES FAIR CONSULTATION. We are also in Medical Profession, We know the professions suffering & struggle. What happened is not acceptable. TILL WE RECEIVE PROPER EXPLANATION & PROCEDURE & TREATMENT via proper fair protocol from the management. We will keep this review ACTIVE (PERIOD)"
