"This place has become a disaster ever since 2021 when they got new management. Google says they are in one location when it doesn’t exist anymore. The psychiatrist I see is nice but very ineffective. She started weaning me off of Lexapro in 7 days- when it is recommended to wean off for 3 weeks or more and I had terrible withdrawals. She never checked on me once during this process. Also I just had an appointment scheduled and I was never sent an email with any instructions or directions so I went to where I was last and apparently the location in Boynton doesn’t exist anymore. When a place changes locations they need to triple check that the patients know especially right before a new appointment. I am a graduate student in mental health and I truly do not recommend you go here. To the company’s response. It was not in Apple Maps or anywhere online unless you search for the specific location in google. I don’t feel that messaging me a year ago was sufficient to remind me of the new location. The last time I was at the office was more than a year ago. I should have been called or sent a formal email with the appointment details."
