"Quoted $150 for a new patient fee without insurance. 3 months later I get a letter saying they forgot to charge me the NP fee that actually changed to almost $400, if not paid I’d be sent to collections. A few unreturned calls later , they ended up “giving me a break” and only charged me the $150. So I paid the fee and found a new Dermatologist Updated 2/12/19 The office manager did contact me and offered a sincere apology. I greatly appreciated the effort and time they took to reach back out to me to make things right , as most places would have probably just brushed it off."
