"Never in office can't even get a call back mailbox always full never answer phone and won't reply to pharmacy to refill a script that's is important to take every day smh I'm switching doctors as we speak ... do not use this place if u take meds that u need everyday to remain healthy. Have talk to phone rep that answer for after hours during there so called business hours n they took all info and still no reply no refills or call back"

"Been told to come on Friday to pick up urgent medical results, tried to call 11 times to check if they got back the results, and there was no answer (they are open on Friday from 9-5pm), decide to drive there to just ask, the place was closed for "lunch" and the sigh said that they will come back on 14:30, I came back that time and waited for a mother 20 min and still no one came! Drove back to work and tried to call 5 more times. When an answering representative answered finally he told me that the doctor asked me to come back so I can have my results, I drove back again! And I am still waiting for half an hour now for the office manager to come, asked the doctor how long she should be here after waiting and he just answered that she is coming from New York and just shut the door in my face. Horrible costumer survice! Horrible treatment! Just don't waste your money here"
