"The front office staff is extremely unwelcoming, when I arrived to my first appointment with my son no one acknowledged that we were even there bc they were too busy talking poorly about other patients. Very unprofessional! After about 10 mins of listening to that I finally had to ask what I should do to be seen. I was taken back for only 20 mins of an hour session and the first 10 mins the therapist spent asking me questions that I had already filled out online but they were having technical difficulties and the other 10 mins telling me that he doesn't need therapy. About an hour later I get a phone call saying I owed money and If I didn't pay I would be sent to collections. I did see the therapists interact with some of the kids and they seem to actually care about people unlike the front office staff."
