"I brought my daughter here after getting a referral from her pediatrician. The pediatrician recommended Dr. Hotchkiss, however she was out on vacation and I wanted to get the procedure for my daughter done relatively quickly as she had several ear infections after 12 months of age. We made an appointment with Dr. Mitchell and he was excellent. Dr. Mitchell was great with our daughter (who is 22 months old) and is open about the fact that he is going to advocate for the health of the child. I thought the staff was excellent as well and would highly recommend him to anyone with a child struggling with ear infections."
"This is an example of how they are more interested in making money than taking care of their patients: I had a post-op check up for my 2 year old son and they cancelled the appointment without notice because I changed health insurance. Instead of keeping the appointment to make sure my son is doing fine after is operation they rather make sure they are going to get paid. That is the biggest problem with the healthcare system, it’s all about the money, not the patient’s wellbeing. And sadly this place is no different."
