"I can't even describe the anger I have dealing with this office. They have you sit in the office after the appointment for an extremely long time and then medical code your insurance for a long appointment time. They have faxed medical records to the wrong place. The have canceled my appointment while I was in the parking lot parking for the appointment. When you finally get upset with all of their incompetence and present it to them they tell you that you don't need to come back to the office. They ran labs on my child and told me I don't need to bring the child back because I told them how upset I was with their incompetence. This office is ran like a fast food restaurant that it out of stock of fries. They fail to realize this is people's health they are dealing with. You can't put people off and think that they will will get over it like its broken icecream machine. I would advise you to be careful because they are all smiles even through their incompetence. The niceness is a front."

"Krystal Irizarry is very condescending and the most foolish MD that I have ever met in my life. Absolutely no communication skills. She wasn't making any sense with the treatment plan and I kindly told her that. She ran off and brought discharging papers. Next morning we had child protective services with police officers at our door. She also canceled our prescriptions of life sustaining medicine for both of my boys. We called the office trying to figure out why this is happening, it doesn't look like they care much. They told me that she did what she was supposed to do and does with all patients that disagree with her."

"I have NEVER dealt with an office like this. Drove over an hour to see an Advent doctor as suggested by his pediatrician. His appointment was on 10-6 , someone finally called and left a message to discuss uss his genetic testing results. I call them back over and over. I get no one. I leave messages. I get no one. I finally call scheduling to actually get a person on the phone. I still get no call back. I call again the same day and tell the same girl that I want to diesel with someone today. I tell her this is not acceptable and I want a manager or supervisor to get on the phone. She puts me on hold. I finally hang up after almost 25 minutes of holding. So still no one! Are you kidding me? What kind of place is this? Do you think I’m taking my son back there? Waist if all of that time driving, he missed an entire day of school for this. Ridiculous!"
