But, I have to say I have never met such a nice bunch of people in a medical facility! Kind, caring, and wait for it…they even listen! From the minute we walk in and are greeted by Doreen to Marlene taking the vitals and then seeing Heidi. No rushing us out. They even answer the phones! Can get appointments with no hassle or 90 day wait like we had with another medical group."

"Please Read this review before deciding to sign loved ones up here or go yourself. This place seems great at first but when it comes time for hard paperwork or going through insurance they flake. Husband had an X ray which showed masses on his HEART and LUNG at the er after an accident. ER Dr had a CT scan run and she said CT scans miss up to 30% of cancers while the CT scan did not show anything she STRESSED how important it was to not dilly dally and to have a PETSCAN done she thought the x ray was catching something early and said not to waste time. The following day he met with a different specialist got a firm talking to about how important it was not to waste time how lucky the x ray might be in catching something when its starting before it progresses. Heidi and Dr. Echevarria automatically say insurance will not cover. They ran bloodwork and REFUSE to even see if the insurance will cover pet scan, REFUSE to write the script for him to self pay out of pocket. They would rather wait THREE WHOLE MONTHS to re run a CT SCAN THAT MISSES UP TO 30% of things! Information that is widely available on-line and having two separate colleagues in the field who are also MDs they are choosing to ignore because he is not sick enough yet and paperwork would be to much because they THINK not know because they haven't tried.... just say his insurance wouldn't cover it and still refuse to write an order. I am Livid partly at myself because I put my families health and trust in them. When paperwork gets hard they just refuse to do what should be done. This entire ordeal with them is absolutely absurd if you find yourself in this situation with them I strongly recommend you also leave a review here and other sites as well as the BBB. Contact your insurance and contact Medicaid and Medicare to file formal complaints like we are as this Dr is refusing the standard care that two separate Drs strongly advised he not waste time on as it could be something. This is not reasonable for anyone to be treated this way and then to recommend the same test he has already had done that misses such a large number of cancers and to force a wait of three months all to avoid paperwork. then blame it on the insurance which they have NOT EVEN tried."
