About the Business
Welcome to the Ultimate Sports Institute (USI) in Weston, Florida. Founded by NFL veteran Terry Kirby, former NFL Strength Coach David Bush, and Dr. Robert and Joanna Sheinberg, USI is a unique gym where dedicated members and staff work together towards the same goal of achieving fitness and health.
Located at 2750 Glades Circle, USI Weston offers a wide variety of cardio machines, from cutting-edge equipment to classic favorites. Our facility and membership packages are designed to meet the needs of you and your family.
At USI Weston, you will find a team of instructors including IFBB Pro Bodybuilders and USI Fitness Specialists who are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. "This review is only about the sushi area as there were no other options. We were left unattended for long periods of time. We ordered drinks that we never got. The sushi was average. We asked for recommendations and the three rolls we got were California rolls with toppings."
"This gym has bad machines and it’s so expensive. Half of the gym is only for the trainers that cost even more money. DO NOT COME TO THIS GYM. The only bathroom door does not close and it’s been broken for months."
"I started coming to this Gym in May of 2022. Easy to get to, plenty of parking the machines are always clean and operational. I can always do my workout in one way or the other either through free weights or machines and they also have plenty of cardio machines. The staff has always been polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly."
"My wife and I have been going here for over 4 years. Facilities are clean and staff are super friendly and welcoming. We both utilize personal training and absolutely love going. There is a wide variety of equipment and other patrons are extremely courteous to one another. I have been a member at other gyms like LA fitness or different wellness centers which have issues with over crowding and weights in disarray or machines out of order but have never had those issues here. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to workout at all skill levels and walks of life."
"Hands down, best choice I've made training at USI. I have tried a few different gyms in the area (some closer to work in Pines like LA Fitness and YMCA) over the last 15 years. I prefer USI for the people friendly environment, wide variety of workout options and energy of the gym. I tend to go the same time/routine and see the same people. Over time, I have some great conversations with both the staff and other clients. Fantastic range and variety of equipment for cardio, stretching and strength workouts. Appreciate the owners and their efforts to help us all give when we can. From collecting hurricane relief goods to Thanksgiving food drives and my favorite, a Fitness Challenge to honor first responders and in remembrance of Sept 11, 2001 attacks. Fantastic overall community!"
