"Nurses and doctors are great! Office manager lack sympathy for your situation and uses receptionist to do the dirty work they all about the money and don’t care ! Like life happens things happen lack of compassion and sympathy is disgusting. Glad I’m no longer attached to this place . You are just a number I guess they make that much money .Like how do you feel comfortable releasing a pregnant women as a patient. Reading these comments and everyone has a similar situation they known for dismissing pregnant women it’s disgusting."

"I have been going to Dr. Colon for years and absolutely love her. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the office manager that returned my call today. The minute our conversation started she was very defensive and aggressive. I am in healthcare and have my own patients that I see and if I or any of my staff ever treated a long time patient the way she treated me I would need to have a serious look at who my office manager is. She was so rude and honestly I felt like she didn’t even care about my concern. I read on here about the herd mentality this office brings and this was my first time experiencing this and it saddens me as I love Dr. Colon. Since I wrote this review my concern was addressed and so I felt it only right of me to come back and let you all know that I decided to stay on as a patient which I am very happy about because I really love my doctor and the nurses there."

"This office by far the best I have ever encountered. I brought my daughter in as a precautionary by the recommendation from her Peds doc. I was impressed on how they handle her and me as a mother. My personal appointment was so caring and understanding I was left in shock. I would highly recommend this practice. Everyone, and I mean everyone was warm, caring and professional. I am very happy with my choice to go there not only for myself but also for my daughter."

"I am glad I chose this gynecologist my experience was great. Dr Charlotte Myers and her assistant was understanding, concerned and caring. I never like going to the Doctor but this experience have change the way I feel. Dr. Charlotte sat down in a chair, made eye contact listen and talk to me. I truly felt as if I was cared for. We need more people like them. This is now my gynecologist and I am here to stay."
