"I've been looking to get dental implants for many years but the cost is just too high. I was amazed when I discovered that there are better solutions when I found Risamed. I was a little skeptical at first when I found out that I had to travel to Costa Rica to get the implants done. Many questions came to mind like, Is this really for real? Is the price right? How safe is Costa Rica? Where is Costa Rica anyway? Well my girlfriend and I had a conference call with Dr. Goyal who explained the whole process from beginning to end. He answered and all questions and concerns and we felt confident enough to give it a try, besides where are you going to get a complete dental implant for that price. Well we went to Costa Rica last month and WOW how surprising we were when we arrived. Costa Rica is little country in Central America, the Capital is San Jose were we arrived and the city is gorgeous, very clean and very happy too I'd say. People were polite and the majority spoke English which make very easy and comfortable. We stayed a a local hotel, small but very nice and clean. Next morning we went to the clinic and were very well welcome, everyone from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses were very polite. The doctors explained the whole process, all the exams that would be taken before the procedure, time and everything we wanted to know. The procedure was schedule two day after so we enjoyed town and had lots of fun. The procedure was on point just like they explained to us, the recovery process was as expected and beside a little bit of discomfort after the procedure (to be expected) everything else was smooth. I know have my complete dental implants totally done, my smile looks amazing now and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Risamed for setting up every thing and the amazing professional down in Costa Rica. I also thank my girlfriend for helping to keep an open mind and give it try. Let me tell you, it was totally worth it."
