May God gave you same problems to understand what I had passed that day . You canceled my appointment just because I was late 3 minutes. I was waiting for this appointment more then 2 months. Wait for your Karma it always pays back. But when you have careless and unprofessional people in front desk with trush attitude how it could be different? I was surprised how all of them was same shameless and rude.supervisor and other two “ladies”.You have been lucky that I did not mop the floor with your hair."

"We had an appointment with PA Daniel Ulla on June 8th at 4:00PM. We arrived at 3:45 in the lobby, and in the office at 4:53. Upon arrival we were told they gave our time slot away to another patient and that the PA had to leave and could not see us. We have an email dated 3:08 PM confirming our visit at 4:00PM. We had to travel an hour each way for this visit, and my wife had a recent knee replacement. This is the 1st time we had been treated like this by Advent Health, since we have moved here from Georgia, one year ago. Afterward, we read other reviews on this office. The overall reviews were a 2.4 rating on 39 responses. Most of theses reviews were similar to our experience. This is not the doctor facility to visit.
