"I called on a Wednesday to be seen by Miss Helen Wood herself to see about being tutored for my massage therapy license. She said to come in Friday, never gave a time so I came in at noon. I was locked out and I knocked. A young boy and what looked like to be his mom tried to unlock the door but couldn't figure it out. Instead of finding out a solution they abandoned me there. I guess the employee in the back told them something because the mom came back, unlocked the door, but then rudely said "the doctor is busy". Not wanting to fight I simply said is "Miss Wood here?" Again, very rudely she said, "No, doctor is busy". I simply said I'll wait since she was a customer and didn't know why I was there. I waited in the back room until the massage therapist on site was done with the client and saw me. I let him know I was there to see Miss Wood. He told they were out to lunch and won't be back for an hour. The lack of professionalism and communication is on a new level at this place. But what really killed it for me was the customers. I can't believe the employees are okay with customers treating each other like this."

"If I could leave a zero star I would my sister booked me and my mom an a appointment over a week ago after a hassle even trying to book the appointment and we show up and no one was visible to greet us someone in the back room said hi but never came out after waiting 15min a lady in the back start speaking loudly to someone else in the back asking who are those people in the front here for that she doesn’t have her next appointment till later and they’re not here for her and kept asking who are they here for and then someone who’s not even an employee but a customer came from the back and asked us did we have an appointment and we said yes for three people and they said two people called out and ones in the hospital and they don’t have no appointments right now but no one who worked there even came up to the front and helped us or said anything but just kept saying in the back she’s not helping us we’re not here for her we’re not her appointment this was a waste of time everybody in my group had called out from work to be here very unprofessional and rude!"
