The Doctor's have been fantastic, however the Nurses in the Infusion Center are extraordinary. In my opinion, they have the most difficult job and consistently do it with a great attitude and smile on their face. While all of the Nurses are great, special shout out to Nurse Hilah for always being there for me during this difficult time."

"(AVOID NURSE KATHRYN AT ALL COSTS) Dr Thomas and his nurse navigator Ashley are absolutely wonderful as well as the registration and lab teams. However, I needed a form sent from Dr Thomas' office to my insurance company to have a CT Brain redone and Nurse Kathryn failed to do so and then suggested that I go to their facility to have it done. You cant do this. I have the right to have the test done whereever I see fit to have it done. So-called "Nurse" Kathryn has now cost me time and money and has delayed my care. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND RECKLESS BEHAVIOR ON HER PART. SHE SHALL BE REPORTED TO ALL APPROPRIATE ENTITIES. AVOID HER COMPLETELY."

Everyone from Nurses, Doctors, to the schedulers are all going the extra mile to accommodate us and to make this difficult journey, as easy for us as possible.
