"I went a couple months back to establish myself with a new doctor since my insurance changed. I had to take my newborn with me, which didn't seem like a problem. Checking in, the lady was very dull with me and it almost felt like i was being judged. I brushed it off. No complaints on how the appointment went, though the doctor didn't seem to care for my questions much. I had been off my medications throughout my pregnancy so I had gained a lot of weight and had not seen a doctor for it since before being pregnant. On my way back to the front desk there were whipers as I walked to check out between the doctor and another lady. Not sure what that was about. While checking out I was being glared at by the other desk lady as the first dull lady seemed even less happy having to talk to me again. Very unwelcoming. There were 2 breif incounters with 2 ladies while I was in the patient room that were kind and polite. I didn't feel very welcome for my first actual outing since having my csection."

"I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new doctor. After meeting Dr. Smalley and the nurse who assisted, I am confident that I made the right choice. They made me feel at ease and comfortable during my visit. By the time I left the office I knew what appointments/follow ups that I needed to schedule this year and in subsequent years. My experience with the front desk was extremely unpleasant, with the associate making rude comments to me while checking in (hoping this will not happen again during my next appointment). Five stars for the doctor and nurse!"

"Clinical staff is exceptional. My biggest gripe is with the front desk staff and overall billing practice. As a new patient I feel that any extra charges should have been disclosed prior to my appointment. I was charged a $10 convenience fee for getting labs in house. If it was disclosed prior to my appointment I would not have a problem but I was simply not given a choice. When I asked for a list of any other surprise fees the so called office manager provided me with my new patient registration that does not list any dollar amount or specific fees. Again I have no problem paying but being told before is just plain decency."

"My husband and I recently established at Dr. Nye's practice and we couldn't be happier. The staff squeezed us in on the same day as we called and were attentive and helpful. Cristina and Valentine were wonderful. Highly recommend this practice and grateful we found Prime MD after years of dealing with random medical clinics. Thank you, Prime MD team!"
