"Five stars for Tashea (sp?) & the rest of the front desk staff at the Physicians regional Encore urology office location with Drs., Yohannes, Chang Kit and Tsai. They always conduct themselves professionally, and with patience for the variety of patients (and attitudes) they see. They have always kept their cool and have treated us wonderfully. Not enough is said about those that are the first faces you see in a medical office. These women are great."

"They never have openings and the staff does absolutely nothing to try to accommodate if you are having symptoms. Trying to reach a nurse takes about 2 days and prescriptions are not sent directly to pharmacy on same day, last time it took 2 days. Not pleasant visits at all."

"Zoo….(that’s a disservice to the zoo’s even the monkeys in the zoo seem much more pleasant)take a Visit and watch the freak show don’t go to get compassion or even help. Truly amazing how they could have so many workers in one office that totally hate being at their jobs and make no attempt to portray anything else . to Dr. Tsai., the Dr. that only spent a couple of seconds with me each time. no true signs of personality. or is he the catalyst of the hatred to the job?it’s been my-experience that these attitudes (of arrogance)come from the top down. Please understand I really didn’t want to post, however I made repeat attempt to contact the office to resolve this. As usual they screen everything and don’t return calls. Unfortunately I also reached out to Physicians regional (location for my procedure )with my concerns. And they just didn’t seem to care. Don’t worry about me. As a recovering stroke victim I’m constantly told to avoid unnecessarily stress and breathe. I’ve since removed myself from the toxic situation. Fortunately I found Dr. Elliot Blau and made the switch to what looks to be a great guy with a well run and pleasant staff. Now that I was able to remove myself from toxic situation. I feel much better and can only hope that I have convinced others to do there home work and read reviews."

"RUN AWAY FROM ENCORE UROLOGY!!!!!!!! They are the McDonald's of urology. The staff is ghetto unprofessional rude garbage. Dr Chang Kit might possibly be a decent doctor, but unfortunately her rushed and bothered demeanor ruins it all. She is obviously overwhelmed and hates her job and lacks bedside manners. Her nurse is a witch with absolutely no human interaction skills. I've NEVER experienced such poor service in my life from any type of business, let alone a medical business. I will spread the word around Naples as much as I can of what an awful establishment this is and for everyone to stay away from this disgusting hell hole. There are so many better options for Urologists in Naples. Literally anyone else."

"Cannot understand any bad reviews by patients of Oncore Urology? Was there times of painful procedures? YES! But to get to the end result it was well worth it! These Drs are humans not Gods! Some people would complain even if they won the Lottery! Thank you Dr Figelsthaler and your amazing staff!"
