"Do not recommend this office. I cancelled my appointment before I even went in. The nurse in charge of the front is EXTREMELY rude and argumentative. Someone who doesn’t work on their team makes the appointments for them so they can’t answer any of your questions. They emailed me new patient forms to complete in advance, but she did not make mention of any urgency or time restraints when they can be completed by, as long as before the appointment date. My appointment was three days out and I had them email me twice and call me with voicemail saying if I didn’t complete by 11am next day (2days out) they would cancel my appointment!? I completed their 30min form that night (3 days in advance of appointment). This is no way of handling your patients. When I called the office back, I told them it isn’t efficient having a nurse make appointments who can’t answer questions, and that she should make it clear how far in advance you want the forms filled out - the nurse cut me off multiple times as I was trying to suggest this change, and wouldn’t let me speak. She interjected with excuses why it’s done that way - it takes a while to input the new data, she was the only one who could do it and she wasn’t there on my appointment day etc. threatening to cancel someone’s appointment because of an administrative issue that should be handled behind the scenes does not sound right to me. I would have happily filled it out in the time they needed me to if that was communicated to me at on-site of making the appointment. This is not a way to manage an office with patients!! I’m so glad I’m not going here and I don’t have to work with such a RUDE nurse. Why is everyone so rude these days? I was trying to give them a helpful suggestion to make things run smoother! Guess they don’t want that."

"Came here with my wife so she could get her allergy shot. Showed up just before 1, and they were closed, per their hours, and they opened right at 1 when they said they would. We were the second people to check in. The receptionist was kind, and the guy giving people their allergy shots was pumping it and not wasting time, which was good. After sitting on the lobby for 30 minutes after the shot to make sure there wasn't a severe reaction, he cleared us and we were out of their by 135. Very quick, and it was well maintained."

"I am so impressed with how wonderful the staff is, especially Heather Campbell. Don't be fooled by her outgoing and friendly personality, she is a very much a professional that I trust completely. When you talk, she definitely takes the time to listen to your concerns, and has the knowledge and background to give you accurate and important information to help you understand what procedure she is administering. Heather is a impressive RN, a Great caregiver, but most importantly, a STELLAR Professional. If you are lucky enough to work with her, you will be in the best position possible."

"I had been recommended by a neighbor but when I called they were not even willing to talk with me. They told me they couldn't help me. I felt I should let people know how poorly I was treated as I was dismissed without them finding out what I needed. When someone calls a doctor's office for help, they do not need to be brushed off. My insurance is Plan F with Mutual of Omaha, full insurance not Medicare Advantage but they never even got that far. They didn't even ask that they just said they couldn't help me. The owner's response was harsh as well. I keep the 2 star rating. I go to wonderful caring doctors and it makes all he difference."
