"I had two beef and one ground chicken mini meat pies. They were lightly salty and savory. Each pie cost me $2.00, which I consider a good deal. I'm contemplating whether my stomach can handle two more because they were that good! In terms of size, they're exactly like the mini fruit pies you can buy from Walmart. Initially, I was planning to go to the Korean joint 90 feet away, but I'm glad I visited this establishment."

"As others have mentioned, sometimes the service here is not the best, sometimes the servers are not the most attendant or friendly, and the food quality varies (however, the food is never outright bad from my experience). I've been here many times for take out. The portion sizes are always very generous, and the jerk chicken is some of the best I've ever had when you get it fresh. Eaten with a size of plantains and rice and peas, and you got yourself a very filling and generously portioned delicious meal. There are definitely improvements that can be made in terms of consistency, but I will keep coming back to Sybil's!"

"Found Sybils through a friend and it was delicious. I had oxtail and rice. The gravy was deep and rich. The homemade hot sauce is legit. The owners were so friendly. Small but super busy so you know its good. Prices on par about $15 with drink. I dont have to recommend this place because im late to the party!"

"Delicious Guyanese food! I ordered the jerk, chicken, rice, and cabbage! The guava, pineapple , mango ginger drink is definitely a must try."

"I came here to buy Guyanese food and pastries before getting on a flight yesterday. As expected (sadly) and as others have shared in their reviews, the service can stand some improvement; the attendant was very laissez faire in addressing my presence/making me feel welcome or communicating with me during the ordering process. She did, however, ring up my order promptly. My food order was put together by another person, a gentleman, who overheard my request for packing the food so it could withstand air travel, came forward, greeted me, served me everything I wanted, and specifically thanked me for my patronage. I enjoyed chicken chowmein for lunch on the plane - it was just right! The BBQ chicken quarters very tender and were okay in flavor - had those for dinner; I appreciate that he offered to cut it up for me. And this morning, I enjoyed a reheated bake with saltfish for breakfast - delish! I would come here again - they had an enticing variety of meals ready on the warmer; hopefully food flavor will be consistently good."
