"These staff at this location have a bad attitude and poor listening skills. It is unbearable to know a simple service cannot be provided or even a thought of customer service. Unacceptable the common courtesy people skills isn’t apart of there day to day routine."
"After waiting for the food for fifteen minutes, I asked for sauce, and the employee who was working there replied, "Okay." Five minutes later, he returned and stated, "That will be 17 dollars." We're just waiting for a sauce, I thought, and he added, "That will be $1." We said, "Okay, now what?" After five minutes, he returned and asked for a recipe. We gave it to him, and he said, "What are you waiting for?"Then we declared, "We just need a sauce." After five minutes, he eventually came back with a sauce. I can tell by the way he was speaking that his English wasn't all that excellent.He appeared to have recently arrived from Jamaica, which is understandable, but please Get a customer service representative that speaks and understands English correctly to assist with the drive-through."
"Waiting 15 mins for the food when I finally receive I simply asked for sauce the guy who was working their said “ok” 5 mins later he came back saying “that will be 17 dollars”.. I was like we’re just waiting for a sauce he proceeded to say “that will be 1 dollar”.. we said “ok, now problem..” 5 mins later he came back asking for a recipe we showed him the recipe and he was like what are you waiting on…we then said “we just need a sauce” 5 mins later he finally returned with a sauce… I understand his English was probably not that good from the way he was speaking…he looked like he just came from Jamaica and that’s understandable however please get someone who properly understand and speak English to be talking to customer especially on the the drive through."
"Drove by many a time with curiosity. Finally went today. The curry goat was good and my grandma enjoyed her curry chicken. Wasn’t feeling the beef patty flavor at all though. Also they are expensive."
