"This place ain't what i used to be. I specifically ask them to grill my gyro extra crispy so it won't be soggy. And i get home and what i got.... cold soggy gyro balony sandwich. Save yourself go somewhere else."

"The drive-thru crew working tonight, was amazing! Not only were they quick & efficient, they also went above & beyond! I recently started collecting Wynwood Mural cups, and was excited to see the newest one had dropped. I made the 20-minute drive to this location (closest one to me) and although the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building I figured it was worth the wait to get the newest cup. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the line went, and already knew they must be a pretty great team. When I went to pay, I was told they were out of the special cups, & although I was disappointed, I accepted there wasnt anything that could done. But thanks to one employee who assured the others there was a brand new box, they found the cups and totally made my night! In my experience most restaurant employees would not have cared enough to even look, so I was very impressed and extremely gratful. It's because of great customer service like this that I will continue to go out of my way to eat at Miami Grill, & hopefully complete my cup collection!"

"Today we went to order drive thru. The drive thru attendant was disrespecfull, yelling at my husband, because he repeated his order of sauce and he gave my husband lots of attitude. We used to order 3-4 times at week and we never had a problem before. My husband approached to the window and asked to speak to the manager. The same guy told my husband that he was the manager with the same bad attitude. We couldn't believe it, so he closed the window in our face and then reopened it saying the he was the manager. He closed the window and started screaming to the personnel to not prepare the food for us. We couldn't believe the way he treated us and he treated his personnel if he was really the manager. We came inside the restaurant and 2 nice ladies were very scared of this guy. I felt very sorry for this personnel. We will not be coming back obviously, we cannot support such abuse and disrespect."

"I was in the mood for some Fish and Chips...so gave it a try...it was fair at best, the fried fish wedges were much smaller than I remember, and a little over fried. I think the oil needed to be changed out because everything came out overly dark...the French Fries were pretty good along with the hush puppies....even if they were a little overcooked. I liked the way the interior has been updated, but the bathroom needed to be cleaned. I'll probably give them another try and update the review if they are better second time around. Be safe all."

"The gyro I ordered was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The prices here are high. I wouldn’t come back here without a coupon. The fries were hot too. The staff at the drive window could use these customer service tips. 1. Smile or at least look like a nice person 2. If you’re going to have a customer wait for ten minutes in drive thru, let them know this."
