"Very good place, well equipped but poor management. They took my son who is 17 years old because according to him he had to go with an adult. I always took him and I didn't always go in to train due to my physical fatigue due to my work schedules, I would wait for him outside or in the stretching room. and they told him they were kicking him out for being a liar and canceling his membership. knowing that he is a boy who just wants to exercise unlike many boys his age who look for bad company."

"Horrible Customer Service. I know it’s the holiday season and so I expected a slight delay in seeing me for the first time after I contacted them about a week and a half ago. But they called me back and set today, December 29th as the date they could see me for my very 1st PT following shoulder surgery. They called me last evening to confirm the time scheduled for 10:00 AM with me to arrive by 9:30 AM for new patient on-boarding. I live 35 mins away. I receive a call at 8:12 saying the Physical Therapist called out so they need to cancel. I don’t know this as fact but suspect it’s likely the PT wanted a 4-day weekend. First off, should never cancel a new patient and especially after “you” had contacted them the night prior to confirm…and secondly, another PT should have picked me up, even if it’s at the very end of the day after their last patient. Just my personal opinion regarding how to run a business but another should have agreed to see me today. Needless to say, I will not give them my business going forward and if asked to recommend or if I had heard of them, I will tell those asking not to go there."

"I'm currently a client at optimum. When I first started treatment my body was in bad shape. I couldn't walk upright, and my shoulder, and neck was also in bad shape. After meeting Michelle, she turned all of that around. I'm walking upright, and the use of my arm has gotten a lot better. Coming to optimum was the best thing to happen to me.
