If you are looking for a great Vet office in the Naples area, this is the place Dr. Randall and his staff at Big Cypress Animal Clinic are AMAZING!! I brought my pet rabbit here for his first appointment and a nail trim after moving to the area. Dr. Randall is very knowledgeable and so kind. The vet techs and nurses who helped him were also wonderful. They made us feel welcomed like we were loyal clients of the office who had been going there for years. "Dr. Randall couldn't have been better in the worst situation. While vacationing in Florida in April, our dog Bella suddenly collapsed. Without having an established vet in the area, not one office would give us an appointment. The two local emergency hospitals were unavailable due to being closed or the doctor being in surgery. Distraught, I called Big Cypress and was told they can only take emergencies for their own clients like all the other offices. I expressed my frustration through tears and the receptionist told me to come right down. After Dr. Randall did X-rays and blood work, he explained everything that was happening to her. Basically he had to share the horrible news that our sweet Havanese was dying. She had a tumor on her spleen and her organs were shutting down. Although this was our first time meeting Dr. Randall, we trusted him and appreciated his honesty. His demeanor was calming, supportive and kind. We are heartbroken but grateful to Dr. Randall and his staff for giving us the appointment and for allowing us to spend an endless amount of time saying goodbye to our sweet pup before she was put to sleep, and after. - RIP Bella -"
