"Wow, Now I see that I'm not the only one whom had problems with this practice, now years ago I had used the practice Dr Korunda but back then they were small practice so you did get a lot of personal attn, from the Dr himself, but during this period of time I was talked into getting a series of 3 steroid shot injections, basically against my better judgement, what these Dr's fail to except is most of us know what works and what does not for us and have had these injections in the past and usually got a few days to maybe a week of relief and sure not worth the thousands of dollars they receive for giving them, now I had over 5 surgeries at this point on my back, and this has been going on for me for over 20 years so I promise you I've tried it all from spinal decompression to,acupuncture and the list goes on . Now I'm sure many of you have also received the minimal results when it comes to injections and so I did basically have to sign up for these shots, and it was not pretty, Now to be fair I'm not going to blame the Dr, but during my second injection the needle hit what is called a nerve cluster, sending me in some of the worst pain I could Imagine and within days of receiving the 2nd shot had called my Nuero and damn if I didn't have to have a 6th surgery because the nerve was so inflamed that he had to do a lamactimy to get the pressure of this nerve, now in Dr Korunda defense who knows maybe I moved, but he was using a guide scope, so at that point was done and didnt come back. Well I had a new PM Dr that I was real happy with but damn if he didnt retire, so decided to come back to Dr korunda practice, first thing I noticed was this brand new facility, So my first visit I did see the doc myself, and he asked if I would update my MRI, in which I did, well a few months went by and had been seeing one of his many nurse practitioners, and so I asked if I could see the Dr and have him go over my MRI. I was astonished at what he told me he litterly spent 10 min with me and said in these exact words, YOU HAVE A LOT GOING ON, well hell I could of told myself that, and so that appt became void, what I had noticed that was so different that in the time I was back over a year I had seen him litterly 2 times it seemed as if he hired a ton of nurse practitioners and we all were now becoming just flat out a number to this practice, I was having problems voiced my opinion and was litterly asking for help at this point and was told nothing can change was taken off my zanax became was litterly told it was. Law thing and put on clonoazipam, which had 4 times the side effects as the zanax itself one being serious weight gain, which sure as heck did not help my back pain just reads stevie Nick's reviews of this drug wow you will be shocked at what that med does to you, anyways long story short i was now a true # in this cattle run business, I even asked for a new back brace I seen on the wall and once again nothing was mentioned but the fact I need more shots as that's all t"

"Pain patients beware of this pain management clinic. The problems are extensive from the receptionists over charging you for office visits, claiming the amount due is because of your deductible, to the medical assistants, (6 week training certificate), who send your mandatory drug screens to the lab of their choice instead of the one that participates with your insurance. The attitudes of the "managers" especially Stacy, are enough to bring your blood pressure into the crisis zone. The doctor I was seeing has recently left the practice. No wonder. The paperwork you receive and sign indicating costs of various tests are dramatically wrong. This office quotes you $75 for the mandatory drug screen, then charges your insurance company $1100 and expects you to pay the difference despite the $75 quote. They lie and say the patient never said it had to be sent to Quest Lab. Their second big mistake cost me $200 but would've been over $400 if I didn't pay immediately. The final nail in this office's coffin was when I showed up to my appointment (that they canceled without notifying me) and explained that I was due for my pain medication. One of the "managers, Stacy said, with a smerk on her face, "Go to rehab." Apparently, I was dismissed from the practice without notice, for complaining that they cost me hundreds of dollars due to their medical assistants' incompetance in sending my drug screen to the wrong lab, again. For the first year i was a patie there, I was so overcharged by double. Save yourself money and frustration and go somewhere else. ***Update*** I finally got the $652 back of my money that they overcharged me and were hanging on to "for future cortisone injections". In other words, they overcharged me and were using that money to supplement what my insurance paid that was "reasonable and customary" like they agreed when they agreed to participate with my insurance. This is a form of double dipping, which is illegal."

"I honestly hated going there. They gave me such anxiety. George Arcos thinks that he is god and his answer is final. You can't even have a discussion with him. I hate this practice. They are always late on prescriprions and then it's your fault. You can never get a message or call back from ANYONE EVER. I am done going to their office because of the lack of help from ANYONE at their office. If I were you I would stay away."

"The Goodlette Frank staff is totally incompetent. They lost all the paperwork I painstakingly filled out in their office a week prior to my appointment. When I came in for my appointment, they told me I had to fill out everything again. I asked to speak with Dr. Silva. I told him I would sign any consent forms now, but I could explain to him now my pain issue. He walked out and an office staff member came in and asked for a 20 dollar co pay. Dr. Silva was no where in sight. Was he going to see me? Why were they collecting money from me before I even got to meet with this Doctor? This practice is interested in paperwork, not patients. Instead of managing pain, they create pain."

"Tried to double charge me every month for 7 months in a row. On the 7th month I told them plainly to figure out their mistake because I paid them for the supposed no show that I showed up for in November. Then they refused to see me and Mike Silva sent me a letter saying I abused them! On the contrary, they never tried to see why I was in so much pain, but my new dr.Hillis has found several of the causes of my pain and severe inflammation! It was a blessing not to keep going somewhere that is just there to milk your insurance and get their fees! Good riddance!"
