"Poor communication regarding a known 2h start time delay on my case. Ultimately, I talked to clinic coordinator and she did her best to improve my experience. Very professional periop and intraop personnel. Front desk needs work on customer service. Overall a 3 star experience with front desk. 4 stars for surgical team and periop nurses"

"Not a great experience. They were running late. I was told I was supposed to be the second patient, but there was a change and I was pushed back. It took three stabs to get my IV started. When I woke up after the procedure, they were in such a hurry to get me out that I was not offered any water (over 12 hours since my last liquid) and they pushed me to the car still so dizzy I couldn't walk alone. There was more. One of these things could be "It happens." All of them together display less than premium patient care."

"Bayview Surgery center billing department takes it upon themselves to pick and choose codes to maximize charges to all concerned that end up being passed on to the patient. No transparency, honesty and ethics in this facility. We are still fighting unallowable charges after 6 months following the procedure, and we will not stop until they admit to error (deliberate or not) on their coding department."

"I recently had an out patient procedure done at Bayview. After reading the reviews, some a bit unflattering, I felt compelled to ask questions. Let me just say that my experience was TOTALLY PERFECT. I have ZERO complaints and absolutely nothing negative to say. The facility itself was immaculately clean and state of the art. My Dr explained that the equipment was new and up to date. The staff was extremely FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE, and CARING. I truly could not have expected anything more and highly recommend Bayview Surgery Center."

"A year after my procedure, they still have not properly credited my payment. They continue sending me bills even though I have provided proof that I paid in full. Their billing office has told me their "patient billing sytem is down" for 2 weeks now. That's when I can actually get through to a live person. They do not return phone calls. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As far as their surgery center; they told me to be there an hour ahead of time for no reason at all. There are other choices for surgery centers; I recommend going elsewhere."
