"I have not had a good experience at this doctors office. Dr Nihalani is very pleasant but his staff are incompetent. I had to cal back 4 times to get my prescription called to the right location. I was able to call today and get a phone visit which was great, but I have cold symptoms and struggling to even get out of my bed. When I got to Walmart right before they were closing again the same issue. No antibiotic or cough medication called on as promised by the covering doctor. I then called the number and got the after hours service. The doctor was supposed to call me back within 15 minutes per the representative. Well, at this time I am at the urgent care so that I can get the care and relief that I need. I sound like a frog, swollen glands and temperature….they don’t care enough. I will be seeking a new primary care physician. By the way I am a nurse so just saying I have an extensive medical background and never ever mistreat my patients. I hope they have a clear conscience when requesting payment from my insurance for terrible care."

"Amazing Doctors! Both Dr.Nihalani and Dr.Harchandani have been with my family for over 20+ years! They truly care about their patients and will go above and beyond to help them. They helped my grandparents through their disabilities and makes sure they have access to proper treatments & medicines at the office AND at home. Anytime we need anything, they are one phone call or message away. I love that they expanded their offices and now have an app. I can easily and securely message the staff including the doctors about my grandmas Coumadin results, and they will reply right away for any adjustments that may need to made. I can even schedule appointments and look up results from previous tests. I can’t truly thank them enough for all they have done for my family! We are lucky to have them in our lives!"

"I was not happy with my dr at IMA, so I made an appointment with this dr. I hve been in alot of pain, and I thought maybe he could help me figure out what was going on with me. He said he doesn't provide meds for pain. So. I asked what I could do, because I have lost so much weight from being sick. He said I shouldn't smoke. I told him I had cut back quite a bit. He said I need to stop. I told him that I have been drinking to get rid of the pain. He said that I shouldn't drink. Then I went to fill my prescriptions, and he refused to refill my anxiety meds because he didn't feel comfortable because of my drinking. He didn't even ween me off, he just refused. He made me feel like I was a drug addict. I would never recommend him. Very rude little man."
