"If I could leave 0 I would, anything short of getting your card guaranteed this place is nothing but a money grab, paid for my card renew and waited 1 hour in line before asking which spot in line I was, I was told 5th but if you don’t want to wait you can come back in an hour, I watched people come in and fill out paperwork I had filled out a half hour ago go in before me to see the DR and was told they had came before me earlier in the day, why were they filling out paperwork I had already done then if they were there before me? I asked for my money back and was told they can’t do that and to call customer support, I would probably get better service at customer support, we shall see how the call goes"
