"Today I called to get a copy of my XRay.(Erin)the supervisor answered and was so polite with great customer service skills. She went over and above to check the old system without just saying we do not have it.I think people like her should be in places like this even in a busy environment with patients waiting inside.I was a patient on the phone and nothing changed her reaction for trying to help me.Thanks the ❤ goes a long way especially when u are treated with respect.Keep up the great work..Just kindness and being helpful means alot."

"I was in pain with a very infected finger. First day of vacation! I am so thankful this urgent care was so close to where I was staying! Caring, compassionate staff. I was very nervous and in pain. Their knowledge and comfort got me through! I went back 2 days later as recommended for a checkup. I am very thankful to report it is completely healed! Naomi checked me in and even located a pharmacy that was open late so I could start my antibiotics that night. Tiffany was very compassionate and helped me through the procedure. Hector and German also were great! Thank you. You all made the start to my trip better as I could be on my way to healing. I highly recommend this clinic! Also, the doctor who saw me the next day was great too. My apologies, I cannot remember her name."

"Do not go to this location. I am highly upset with the outcome of the first time of me visiting this location. I did all of the registration. I did all of the paperwork. I did all of the insurance and I paid my co-pay just for them to then say they can’t check out my child because she’s under one years old when I came to the front desk, that should have been reiterated to me that there is an age minimum to seek care you take $75 from me have me step to the back take her out of her car seat get her all prepped and ready do her pulse do her temperature to then say we don’t take people that are under one years old that should’ve been stated prior what if that was my last $75 and I’m doing everything that I need to do to ensure that my child is OK and healthy now I have to wait for you to refund me my money back and find a new location in order to seek care I understand that she should be going to a pediatrician but urgent care is what I set out because of a panic and trying to make sure she is OK so if you don’t know the policies of your own office that is not OK you can’t have a system that you’re running that only a few people know about so the front desk team doesn’t know they don’t take eight month year-old but Everyone in the back does so then the front desk team charges my card $75 for a urgent care visit that I can’t have because of my child’s age and then as I’m leaving they say oh OK we’re going to refund you your money that now takes 7 to 10 business days to show back up on my card But I never received service from you guys. What an inconvenience do not go to this location."

"I am so happy I decided to go to AFC Urgent Care Sarasota! Office staff were all very nice. My doctor Melanie Wilhelm made such a lasting impression on me. I was very nervous and the doctor was so empathetic and so nice. It was a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and gave me the medicine that I needed. She took the time to listen to me and my questions and answered each of them. Melanie gave me a hug at the end! This left such a lasting impression on me. I normally do not leave reviews but I had to. I recommend this urgent care and I 100% recommend Melanie Wilhelm. Thank you AFC and Melanie for your care."
