"All you have to do is try to call them. Get immediately sent to hold, sometimes hung up on. If you’re lucky someone might actually answer after 40-50 minutes. We started with this practice 3 months ago and still can’t get an appointment with an actual doctor. I wonder if there actually is a Dr Meyer. They told my wife 2 weeks ago they would provide a referral for a specialist for a significant medical condition. After not receiving any word at all I tried to reach them several times with absolutely no success. We went in for labs which is usually a 10 minute process and after waiting 30 minutes beyond our early morning appointment time we were brought in to sit in an exam room for an hour and a half with absolutely no communication whatsoever. Apparently unlike “Dr Meyer” I have responsibilities at work that I can’t just blow off so we had to leave. My search for a competent doctor continues."
"Dr. Meyer is very sharp and pleasant person. Problem is with his staff which is overloaded with work and does not do job properly. They can't schedule visits in timely fashion, it is not unusual to wait 2-4 hours to see doctor. Also I asked, at least 14 times, to be refunded $300 they unproperly billed my 88 years old cousin . No luck. This is officially my last rant to the practice. I moved myself and 2 family members to a new doctor. A shame to waste such talent in a doctor."
"I usually do not write reviews but I have never been so upset at the doctors office. I had papers to take a prepaid drug test for employment and after signing in I was never called up. I felt ignored ever since i walked through the doors. I eventually went up to the receptionist and asked if I could take it quickly because I had to use the bathroom and was in pain from holding it. An hour later I was called back after reminding them several times that I was still there and I was the last person in the waiting room."
"Great family practice, staff is very friendly and organized. The place is clean and organized. Walk ins welcome, not expensive. Overall a great experience coming in for physical exam."
