I thought the service was great at the Manatee Avenue location but I must say, the staff at the Cortez location solved a problem for me that the other office could not, and they knocked it out of the park! I had a problem with my transition lenses and the Cortez location solved it quickly and very reasonably. I was just about flabbergasted and so grateful!! Highly recommend their office."

"Doctor, suggest I get progressive glasses. I went up north for few months and glasses didn't work. Call the office once didn't get return call. Today I went over and explain to women I can't wear these glasses. She told me since it was more than 60 days, cost $129 to replace lens. If doctor suggest these glasses and they don't work for me, I should not have to pay. Poor customer service and doctor should explain good and bad points about progressive glasses. Also, young lady told me these were expenses glasses and I had insurance for two years, but not to replace progressive lens."
