"I absolutely love Dr Lo and his staff. I am a breast cancer survivor, I had a double mastectomy in Jan 2022 and didn’t want to have immediate reconstructive surgery, I didn’t feel I could deal with it at the same time. I scheduled a consult with several plastic surgeons, including Dr Lo, last summer. I wanted to learn what options, if any, I had. Dr Lo was the only one of those surgeons who gave me hope. During my initial consultation, Dr Lo answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He was very kind and compassionate. I walked into his office already feeling defeated and, because of him, I walked out with hope. Dr Lo performed two surgeries on me as breast reconstruction is a long process. The first surgery was in Aug 2023 and the second surgery was Dec 2023. There were many weekly visits in between. Both surgeries were so much easier than I could have anticipated. Dr Lo and St Anthony’s took excellent care of me. All the weekly visits were great too. Dr Lo and his staff, Terri, Annmarie and Stephanie, always made me feel cared for and that my needs were important to them. I live in Brooksville, so I had a long drive for the weekly visits and hotel stays the night before surgeries. All worth it and I would do it again! I honestly can’t say enough about Dr Lo. I can never thank him enough for helping me when others wouldn’t. I am so happy with the process and my results. I definitely recommend Dr Lo!"

"Very disappointed about my results in breast reduction and this apparently board certified surgeon handled the surgery and post op unprofessionally. Dr Lo did a horrible job. Left my breasts severely scarred and breasts are not symmetrical. One nipple is higher than the other, one breast looks BOTCHED. I've discussed my concerns with Dr who declines to fix his bad surgery as he feels it's something my insurance should cover. Dr claims insurance didn't pay him when insurance said they did. I feel doctor should fix his negligence surgery regardless, I'm not hapoy and will NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR UNFORTUNATELY."
