"Totally overscheduled. Been twice, once for intro visit and then for blood draw. Arrived to both a few minutes early and had 20 minute wait once and 30 the next. Prominent sign by front desk about patients being late, but I guess they don't think that works both ways. Will be changing to a doctor who respects my time. BTW, doctor also told me I didn't need to bother getting a flu shot at my age. I don't think a doctor should be giving that advice to anyone of any age. Yes, at my age I'm less likely to have serious side effects from the flu, but herd immunity is just as important to help protect those more vulnerable."

"With deep regret, our mother and father have had to change their primary care physician. My mother and father both have had a wonderful relationship with Dr. Clulow for decades. However, due to the fact that the unprofessionalism of his receptionist, Fran, we had no choice but to seek another physician. I have never seen or heard of a so-called "professional" in the medical field, talk or act like a complete uncaring, rude, obnoxious (to say the least), act bitter and down right mean to a patient. Dr. Clulow is by far one of the best physicians in Manatee County and we are heart broken that he will no longer be in charge of our parents care. Word of advise to "Fran"...You may want to change careers...We have been treated better by people who work at local fast food joints. And just to help you out...I do believe that McDonald's on 14th Street may be hiring. Although, I honestly don't think they would find your customer service skills acceptable. After reading other reviews, it appears as if we are not the only people who feel this way regarding "Fran". Such an unfortunate ordeal for the very talented Dr. Clulow."

"Some people just shouldn't work with the public, or be the first person you see when entering a place of business. The gal at the front desk "Fran" is the rudest, unfriendliest, most unprofessional person I've ever come across. Her tone and demeanor are unacceptable, the way she speaks to patients and their families should be grounds for immediate termination. I wouldn't wish her on anyone, (this was my fourth experience with her and she was the same way, every time.) she's ruining the doctor's reputations as well as the practice. No one I care about or love will ever be there again. My parents were established patients there for years-and-years; we took our records, and left. (ran!)"
