"Super surprised to see any bad reviews . I've been going here for 9 years (I'm having baby number 3 currently). The staff have always been beyond friendly and accommodating. I am an English speaking patient but there are always NON English speaking patients in the office who have trouble with forms etc and the staff is all bilingual and goes out of their way to help them. Nurses are great and ultrasound tech (Pauola) are wonderful! I see ALL three of their doctors... Douglas Winger, Renata Starr and Juan Renoiso. All three take the time to listen and explain what is going on and have been very professional with my OBGYN and pregnancies. The waiting room is very nice, lots of chairs, bathroom is always clean and they have a little fridge with complimentary bottles of water (for all those "pee-in-a-cup" needs). Granted, sometimes the wait can be frustrating... but they are OBGYN Drs! Babies get born all the time and sometimes they have to go handle an emergency which will push back your appointment. All in all....5☆☆☆☆☆"

"Called to make an appointment. Asked for availability for new patients and receptionist asked for my insurance and said she would check, comes back 6 min later to ask for the reason of my appointment. I explain I don’t have a OBGyn. She’s like no, I need the reason I respond yes that’s the reason I moved and I need a new one here. Again she goes I need a reason what’s going wrong for the visit. I hung up. WTH! I just needed a new obgyn to get regular checkups is that so hard to understand"

"This is only one of their locations! I first visited the one in Kissimmee for a consult because I was in a rush to get my implant out, then when it came time for removal I wanted to get my appointment moved to this location. It was difficult to get ahold with them which I later found out was because they had a problem with their phones, but I reached out to them online and they responded right away. Unfortunately I had to pay for a second consult since I was seeing a different doctor I suppose. When you are trying to schedule an appointment they transfer you to another phone number when you call this one which is confusing at first. Even though google says they are open 5 days a week, According to the Kissimmee location my doctor is only in this office 2 days a week so that isn’t convenient, but driving to Kissimmee isn’t convenient either. Dr. Renata Starr is nice and pleasant."

"This is my first pregnancy and I have been going her for the whole time (about 7 months in right now). Staff is helpful and attentive, the doctors are friendly and personable, and appointments are to the point (which I love). I have never had to wait long for my appointment (5-10 mins), but I always chose to do morning appointments, so I can't speak about how the wait is in the afternoon. I have not had a hard time contacting the office, the group also has a main line that manages all appointments so you can make an appointment for any location by calling that line."

"I couldn't tell you about the doctors since I never got to meet them because the STAFF is so horrendous. They told me it would take a week to "review my records" just to make an appointment to see the doctor when I'm already 2 months pregnant. I waited the week, called 3 additional times and they still haven't gotten back to me. A little understaffed you think? I picked this place because it was near my home. The receptionists AND the OB nurse are ridiculous, unprofessional, uncommunicative and I am disgusted! I found another doctor's office nearby who took me the next day! Don't waste your time with these clowns. A week to review my file.....and don't return voicemails just to make an appointment?! P.S. I'm fully insured."
