"Sometimes it is so hard to reach out for help. When you get to the point of needing a Pain Management doctor it seems like hopenisnlost. Walking in to a doctor's office can always seem intimidating. Thankfully from the office staff to Dr Kaiafas I was put at ease. The whole staff seemed to care about not just my needs, but me as a person. Dr. Kaiafas took his time to walk through my medical history, injuries, and concerns. I felt that he truly saw me as a person who needed help, not just a patient. I can't thank them enough!"
"Be very careful. My Dr. And Pa were excellent. But Dr. Chen’s PA Alphonso is and was very handsy with me and put his hands with no gloves on in a place it didn’t belong. Called and reported to police and filed charges and then was dismissed from the practice"
"Believe the 1 star reviews. Excessive wait times. Staff extremely rude and short. Never see the dr (only at time of treatment). You speak to the pa whom repeats the same message over and over. Was left in physical pain and couldn’t use my left leg after a procedure, then lied to about seeing the doctor about pain. (That’s right, pushed off to the pa again!) Run don’t walk away from Clearwater pain management, Dr Kaiafas and his pa Al. Thank you for “managing” to make my situation and pain worse. (Note * if any physician has photos, memorabilia displayed of celebrities/athletes in the office, leave. It’s a hard pill to swallow but, you will never receive that level of care that they give/gave to that celebrity/athlete. You’re just not and will not be that important.)"
