"I had 8 procedures done and was making great progress, until I had a complication...the staff is very caring but it is a mill when trying to call or get in contact ..,I was calling for 2 days, finally got a so called "triage nurse" who was abusive..,there is no one after hours on on the weekends so be advised YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!! I went to the ER where they treated the issue and suggested I look elsewhere for pain management. Not one follow up call for days & no way to contact dr or practice. It was very disappointing..."

"The most infuriating experiences in my 70 years. After driving 1.5 hrs to what I was told was for treatment, it was just to review my mri and to tell me I tested positive for morphine. I told them it was impossible but the dr did not believe me. Not until later in the day did I research how this could happen. Poppy seed bagel. No mention of this before taking the test or at the office. A long drive for something that could have been handled with a phone call. Also, no treatment or refills of Lyrica, hardly an opioid. The “dr” said she was ignoring all treatments I had received overseas like drs in Spain are witch doctors or something. A waste of my time when I just wanted treatment - not even meds. They wasted a 5 weeks promising treatment when I only got incorrect info and humiliation"
