"This office is crazy busy. Can be difficult to get a hold of the front desk. Goes to Voice mail most of the time. It's an older facility, most of the staff is friendly. Dr. Saifi is genuinely kind and is the reason I've stayed. He is very easy to talk to and tells me like it is. I have been a patient for 10+ years. With the renovations done in late 2017, the waiting room now more comfortable. I've switched offices and so much happier with another Dr."

"Staff is HORRIBLE! THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Always blaming other offices for their incompetence, and never following through with their duties. No manners, no professionalism and very little brain cells. I said what I said. I have spent countless hours and days wasted on rescheduling visits with specialists due to lack of records being forwarded and also 11 attempts filed incorrectly for medication approval due to incorrect paperwork being sent. 11! ELEVEN!!!! NO HELP FROM SENIOR STAFF. OFFICE IS A PLAYGROUND EXPERIENCE FOR STAFF AND NOTHING MORE THAN A HANG OUT AND A PAYCHECK. THEY'RE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WHEN CONFRONTED. I chose this office a year ago after moving here from out of state and it's been a nightmare ever since. The doctors are wonderful, the staff needs complete replacement. THE END."
