"Great Clinic, Great Counselor Staff, I personally love the Nurses even when they are rude and short ... I get it we all have off days. Where I lost respect for this clinic was today...when they allowed a COVID POSITIVE patient (who I KNOW was COVID POSITIVE because not only was she showing symptoms left and right but she also was very vocal about her frustration about having to wait outside it her dose to be "brought to me while I fight this covid"...) to walk into the building without a mask on, she was frustrated no one came to her car yet even though there was a line all the nurses were tending to. COVID Positive, coughing all over in the building without a mask (while the rest of us get yelled at like dogs if a mask even slips in line) and absolutely no consequences!!!! Then the rudeness that came out of the nurses mouth after? Oh no no sorry. I'm sure the rudeness was hearing the patient was actually in the building, or at least I'll write it off as that because she's normally very pleasant. Nurse did not see her inside or acted as if she didn't (unsure) because covid Patient hightailed it back outside when the nurses door opened. This clinic has now been reported for failing to follow covid guidelines and risking all the patients health. Disgusted. 3 stars for the amazing Counselors and cleanliness of location. The Counselors and the Director are the ones that keep that place running, the Director is very nice. Unfortunately I do not believe she witness the COVID Patient standing in the building because the COVID Patient did try to keep herself hidden as she knew she wasn't suppose to be inside. Real easy to fix "All COVID Patients must remain outside, upon entering the building Covid Positive you will be placed on a "do not dose" list for 24 hrs (even if pregnant)." We are all adults we all should be held to our actions accordingly. Otherwise decent place."

"I’ve been going to Lakeside Clinic for several years now and I have never had any problems! They get you in and dosed and on your way to start your day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Ms. Doreen, the director, goes above and beyond to help me with anything I’ve ever needed."

"This is a one of the best methadone clinics in all Pinellas county and I've been to them all this is the best by far staff is kind then and very polite and they'll go out of their way to help you above and beyond. Director Doreen is an awesome human being she she actually truly cares about her clients and she helps everybody no matter what your situation is she'll try to do whatever she can to resolve it it's just all around very good clinic no lines in and out it's clean it's just one of the best clinics I recommend it to anybody that's trying to get into outpatient methadone treatment."

"It really is the best clinic to go to in Pinellas. They are very compassionate, and the setting is more of a medical office rather than a business. The other clinics see your money first, and treatment second IMO. I got on the right track here. The downside is they currently do not take insurance, it's 14 dollars a day where as some others are free or have a copay with insurance. They open at 515 and close at 1230. I suggest you call early for intake because they can't always do intake without an appointment."

"Best clinic in the area although that’s not saying much. More a slight to the other local clinics than here. The director, Dorene, is fantastic and really cares. I’ve had great counselors the whole time I’ve been there, and it’s always clean. I also appreciate how the staff stays on top of the comings and goings to prevent this place from becoming a hangout for junkies. I drive here from DTSP while there are 3-4 clinics much closer. Always worth the drive and effort. Great place if you are serious about yourself."
