"If I can leave no stars I would. Dr. Jothi is very rough and when she hurts you she tells you it doesn’t hurt to stop tensing and continues on with what she’s doing. She put me anaphylactic panicked and after coming to left me in the room with her aid so I can clean myself up with tissues. They did not tell me what was given to me so I know for future reference what caused me to do this during a routine procedure. The staff disregarded my concerns during the procedure and now my ph balance is off and is not normal anymore. It’s been a year and I am not the same! I do not recommend this place. Please stay away from here. I don’t have the procedure in my records to which is weird and when I asked for it I got the runaround for over a month. I was not able to get my records until a month later also. Please stay away!!"

"Horrible gynecological experience for me. The worst I’ve had. I know there are lots of great reviews for this place and that is why I went to them though I had options closer to me. I’ve worked at reproductive health centers and know how quality service looks and feels. The physician was not listening to me. She asked me the same question 3 times in less than 5 min. And was very dismissive of my worries. She didn’t use the proper tools (NO LUBRICANT used with the speculum) and ended up irritating my body. She also provided scary misinformation that was completely unnecessary, had she taken the time to listen, she would have had a better picture of my particular situation. I self paid and ended up getting billed for labs I explicitly stated I did not want at the end of the visit due to the experience being such a negative one. I was never called. They never followed up with me. Every time I called them to resolve the bill they acted as if no one knew what was going on and would say that they were going to call me back but never followed up with me. Because it was my credit on the line - I had to pay. I couldn’t recommend this place any less."
