"My first visit was on a holiday for a minor infection. The facility was very clean and I was seen quickly. Lorraine at the front desk was friendly & very professional. The medical assistant was super friendly and Nate, their physician, diagnosed my problem pretty accurately as the topical ointment he prescribed resolved the issue in record time. I went in as a self pay patient and thought the fees charged were reasonable for the high quality professionalism & care that I received. I definitely would go back again if I need to see a physician. And, I highly recommend this location over other locations. I don’t recommend the Sanford, location as I had issues with their billing. I received a surprise bill after I paid the requested fee quoted to me at the Sanford, location.I had no issues with the lake Mary MD office and I highly recommend."

"The whole process, from web check in to being seen & out the door, was barely an hour. The time between the MA doing my vitals and the PA checking me, was the super impressive. It was like the MA left and the PA came right in. Which NEVER happens anywhere else. Overall, I’m very happy with this urgent care center. Lorraine, Paige, & Erika were awesome. :)"
