"Don’t go here if you are on Medicare!!! I gave my insurance information when I made my first appointment. I know my insurance only paid for limited number of visits. When that number was getting close, I started asking if insurance was ok and always told no problem. So I think great, all is ok with insurance. At exactly one year ( after Medicare will no longer pay) I receive a bill for large unpaid balance. Needless to say I was shocked!! I contacted them, sent to billing and was told I needed to pay because it was too late to file Medicare. They had my Medicare information why wasn’t if filed? Of course I’m given several excuses as to why Medicare was never filed!! But in the end I was told the problem was mine and just needed to pay. How about people who are getting paid to do a job, just do their jobs!!! So now I stuck paying nearly $3000 when I shouldn’t have to pay anything!! Doesn’t seem right!"
