"This is my 2nd time using them and I have had a positive experience both times. It's quick, easy, and convenient to request an appointment online and complete your paperwork before arriving. Both times seen quickly and prescribed necessary medication. The staff was friendly and helpful. This last time the doctor wasn't very personable or have a client-friendly bedside manner. I would return if needed."

"The one star is such a compliment. This place is the worst when it comes to health services and customer service. My mom went today 02/05 for sick visit, because her doctor does not have available appointments soon and she has been sick for the past week and a half. She goes today waits for an hour, after nobody checks on her she is advise that she cannot be seen because of a problem with the insurance. Why would you not tell that to your clients at check in??? My mom proceeds to find out what is the problem with the insurance, she is given a number were she is assured she can be seen at this place, comes back again to Guide Well and the lady from the front continues to treat her and my dad very bad, making rude comments not caring at all that my mom is sick. Stating she does not speak SPANISH, when my parents were talking to her in English and she probably an English with accent but still trying. They understood what she said but she was not help at all. If you are going to work in customer service, specially at health service you MUST HAVE A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU MUST BE HUMAN AND BE LESS RACIST. At the end of this whole thing, she was not seeing even thought she had the number confirming from her insurance that she can be seen. Horrible experience!"

"The staff was so very pleasant and helpful, from receptionista to nurses to doctors! They also gave me my imaging and notes for my PCP without me having to ask. In addition to that, they followed up to make sure I was still feeling okay and that I was able to be seen by a specialist. Great service!"

"Doctor and staff listened to my concerns and complaints of the reason why I was there. All were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Doctor ordered the appropriate medications for me, within 24 hours I was feeling better. From start to finish, short wait and not a very long time before I was discharged. Thank you so much!"
