"Update 10/5/23 Received refund today 10/5/23 after a demand letter requesting refund by 10/6/23 or would start small claims suit. They sent a letter stating claims that did not matter they are well aware that they can't charge someone for a service they did not provide. Very sad I had to go to this extreme for them to refund $70. We went to dinner at a seminar they were having at the grill at River view we then made an appointment for an evaluation. The cost was $35 each total $70. The very next day i called and canceled appointment. I asked for a refund and they said there is No Refunds. We all know that no business can charge anyone for a service that was not provided. I called and spoke to Robin she keep on insisting that we come in for appointment and I told her No I would like a refund. She said No. Think about it if a supposably successful business needs $70 that bad are they really that successful??? If you thinking about any type of services at this facility you should rethink it. I will now take them to small claims court and they will have to return money. Very sad that they want it to go to this extreme."
