"Very lazy and disrespectful staff. If you are to work in the medical field you need to know what comes with it. (Contacting other facilities on information for patients). The scheduling lady hung up after I asked her for her name. Definitely don’t go here if you want friendly staff to take care of you. They can’t do simple paperwork correctly because we are going on months now that paperwork still hasn’t been filled out correctly and when I ask for them to do so it’s a big ordeal. If I could rate this 0 out of 5 I definitely would. Dr. Shay is amazing but I would recommend new office staff because what I experienced was ridiculous!!"
