"Everything was great, staff was fast, friendly and tentative. The only thing missing that would enhanced my overall experience would be to have music in the waiting room. It's like the cherry on top of an ice cream Sunday. Sure the ice cream Sunday is good but it doesn't quite feel the same without it, and that small touch can go a long way into making me feel even more cared for and a customer for life. Almost 5 stars though and thanks to them I feel so much better!"

"Brought my daughter in as a walk-in. The front desk receptionist was very kind, helpful, and upfront about pricing. They charged a flat rate that was not cheap (199) but they did tell me the pricing before we checked in, and there were no tacked on hidden fees. Everything was included in the flat rate... multiple tests, medicine, emesis bag, etc. Stars for honesty. The aide who checked my daughter's vitals seemed more efficient than caring, but she was doing her job. The doctor came to the examination room within a few minutes and took his time to listen, make a good diagnosis and explain symptoms and treatment. All in all we were in and out in less than 30 minutes without ever feeling rushed by the staff. We had a good experience, other than the self pay expense. But I'm afraid prices are just up everywhere."

"I called for my father to see if they would remove his stitches. They told him to go online. Nobody will answer the phone for you! My father is 101. He doesn’t go online. Not a good plan for accommodating older people."

"Incredible staff! I didn’t have a wait at all. This place is so clean and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I will definitely come back! What a wonderful experience."

"Arrived and was told to stay in the car until called, which was fine with me. I was advised that there was a 15-25 minute wait time, which was also fine. An hour into the wait, I called them to ask if they forgot me, because there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. Two hours later, they called me into the building. I was quickly placed into an exam room. After waiting in the room for 45 mins, I went out to the back room and asked how much longer it would be. The man at the back desk gave me attitude in return, which was uncalled for. Once the doctor came in, I was treated respectfully and appropriately, which is why I gave a rating of 2 stars. The exam room was not very clean, as you can see from the pictures. It is clear that the counters had not been cleaned for some time, based on the amount of dust on top of the counter, which was ironically where the sign was placed indicating the place was sanitized. I didn't dare touch a thing in the building and promptly sanitized my hands once I exited the building."
