"I truly felt the need to brag about how sincere and compassionate Tommy is here. I just spoke with him over the phone and needed to get my dog in sooner than they had available because I am moving (suddenly and not planned at all) and needed a couple of updated shots so I could finish my apartment application. He worked hard to make sure he could get me in as soon as possible and was extremely polite and friendly over the phone. You really don't receive service like that anymore, very good employee you have! I was truly impressed and as always with all of the other staff and cleanliness of the place."
