"The front desk staff was sweet and friendly. There were some mishaps with them thinking my appt was canceled but it was fixed. The US tech was very helpful and kind. The doctor talked to my husband instead of me - I extended my hand to introduce myself and engage but wasn’t warmly met by him; he appeared very knowledgeable but again I didn’t feel any warmth or kind regard. It was more of an exchange where he stood the whole time and talked mostly to my husband - I am thankful for his time but glad I don’t have to have surgery by him. I need to know my doctor sees me as a valuable human and is invested in me being alive. Didn’t feel that was conveyed. Please sit and engage patients with a little time and eye contact, a smile, some caring words and and impart your knowledge with a little more care and concern. I don’t want to hurt his business so was reluctant to even post my feedback.The office took my insurance and was conveniently located and appeared clean. Again the staff seems kind and caring and I appreciated it and most likely he is very skilled but I have no idea because based on bedside demeanor and mansplaining I wouldn’t put my life in his hands."
