"I came to this center with full confidence of having a great experience, I have a two year old who is very advanced and smart. Speaking to the staff over the phone before my visit I asked questions about preparing my two year old because she does ask questions and know about what’s going on unlike most kids her age. I was told tips on helping us make our experience pleasant, upon arrival my daughter was very excited to talk to the doctors about her new teeth we had our little bag of our own doctors tools toys of course and I was speaking with the anesthesiologist Dr. Amanda Brown and was explain how my daughter had already got the run down sorta and just to talk to her and treat her like a bigger kid as she’s smart and will carry a conversation with you. Dr. Amanda Brown had a complete attitude change and cut me off and told me I was causing more trauma and how my daughter will now be scared and traumatized that I should never say anything to her about anything so scary. I was completely blown away by this comment and shut down. I expressed how unprofessional I felt she was being and she told me we didn’t have to do the surgery. Obviously I’m not going to let a little run in with a RUDE doctor stop me from getting the care for my daughter and we proceed with the procedure. Once out of surgery Dr. Amanda Brown came out again to update me that my daughter was way sicker then she should be and is having a harder time to wake up and it was my fault for bringing her in sick. My daughter got cleared by her pediatrician less then 24 hours before this procedure and that she gave her a list of 4 medications and 2 breathing treatments. And to follow up with her pediatrician, we did and pediatrician did not find ANY issues. Clean bill of health but bc of all the notes and list of medications she was sent to the emergency room for a chest XRay which they would NOT do bc she was NOT sick! Dr. Amanda Brown Is also the manager of this building so I can not call and speak with anyone about this matter. I pray something is done and Dr. Amanda Brown can be investigated something going on!"

"Your appt time is NOT the time you get to go back !! Be prepared for 2 hour wait ——Nursing staff is great, but communication is non existent. When asked front desk they could not give an answer other than “there’s still one more in front of you”"

"The team here went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. From things like the warmed blanket and gown to the great bedside manner of the staff, I don't think things could have gone better for me. Thank you all for taking great care of me, there was a cancellation before me so I was even able to get in and out far earlier than expected. Thank you to the staff and doctors!"

"So on 1/1/23 Appointment set for 830am, not pulled back until 9:56am. Absolutely no communication in this place, no one tells you what the issue was for the timing issue. Initial Nurse that assessed my daughter was very good, sweet woman. Spoke to the nurse that would be accompanying the surgeon and in a 40 min gap someone finallg asked if everything was okay. Still waiting to speak to an anesthesiologist and surgeon for something we should already be on the way home if we had to be here at 830am"

"DO NOT USE THEM!!! The dr was wonderful but the service facility is not. There is no communication between front office Staff and families on time frames. We Got there for alloted time early at 10:40 for a 11:15 appt. My children (2 kiddos having procedures) werent seen til 1:20 due to "unforseen issues" no communication of telling us they were running behind although we asked 2 or 3 times. I understand there are always things that may come up.once in preop the anesthesiologist came in and told us that she would only be with the kids for about 10 minutes after they are done to make sure they "wake up" and after that they are to be discharged to the car to finish the process of waking up. Her words "we are not babysitters and we will not baby sit your kids, they don't want to be here and WE DONT Want them here!" She is the administrator of this facility as well. Both of my kiddos are on the spectrum and I told her my sons (8) anxiety was triggering his tourettes really bad (3rd time being put to sleep so I knew how his reactions were from the last 2 times) and could she take him first before my daughter (5) she said it's against her advice and not her preference to do so. My daughter has never been under but since my son had i kinda already knew his responses of how he would react and would rather deal with him first while my daughter had her procedure to get him settled since he was my older child and more complicated issues with him. There is NO compassion for special needs kiddos. The nurses in preop were wonderful though but that anesthesiologist was HORRIBLE!! NO BED SIDE MANNERS! Will not be back. They are allowing kids to walk out with thier mouths pouring blood and to wake up in people's cars. This is not treatment kids need after surgery and not safe practices as you never know how anesthesia is going affect kids. To send kids out of a facility with only minutes prior to pulling out the tubes of thier noses and them still asleep is not a healthy or safe practice. They stick tubes in the kids nose to administer anesthesia and these babies are coming out with bloody noses. Which shows the lack of carefulness of placement and pulling them out as well. THE LACK OF EMPATHY FOR the SAFETY RISKS OF THESE KIDS ARE RIDICULOUS!!! Thier license should be pulled. They do not even carry insurance in case something happens. Big sign posted! BE CAREFUL if you do use them. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN."
