"Wonderful service! Everyone is super friendly. They hugged and comforted my nervous dog. Two techs made a fuss over him. The vet, Dr Harper was outgoing and friendly. She took swabs of my dogs ears and looked at them to identify the problem. My dog is on medications and has improved all ready. I highly recommend Soundside!"

"My chihuahua, Tea, has been suffering severely with skin allergies this year. I took him in to get his annual exam and bloodwork done with Dr. Amy Harper. The whole staff were very friendly from the start! They were all very gentle with Tea. Second day, Tea is feeling like himself again and I can visually see his swelling go down after being prescribed medication by Dr. Harper. I’m leaving a 5-star review because she is very compassionate and caring… and takes care of the issue at hand! I definitely recommend! Thank you, Dr. Amy Harper!"

"I cannot say enough nice things about this animal hospital! I will preface by saying that I have taken my dogs to Wynn Haven Animal Clinic since 2007. I called them last week when my 6 year old boxer was showing signs of an ear infection. They would not see my dog until October 31st, two weeks from when I had called. A couple of days later my dogs symptoms worsened, and he was losing his balance, dizzy and falling. I called Wynn Haven back, and was told that they didn’t have any appointments Friday, Saturday, or Monday and would not see my dog even though he is sick. They told me that Soundside Animal Hospital was their sister clinic, and I should take him there first thing Monday because they aren’t as busy. I showed up at Soundside this morning at 7:15am. I was told that they didn’t take walk-in appointments (even though Wynn Haven told me they did), but they would do all they could to see my sick fur baby. From the moment I walked in the door, the ladies in the front welcomed us with open arms, going above and beyond for my dog. They were extremely busy, well organized, very professional and friendly. He was seen by Dr. Wiggly, who was so compassionate and thorough in her examination. My poor dog has a double ear infection, and will be treated with medication to see if the dizziness and falling will go away once his ears feel better. After 15 years, I will never return to Wynn Haven. Soundside has gained my trust, and I will forever take my pets to them. Thank you so much!"
