"Everyone is so unprofessional. Today a nurse yelled at me because I was trying to understand my child’s vaccine records. My kids see Dr. Parm (she is great) but her nurse is so disrespectful that I will definitely look for another pediatrician."

"I had an appointment in January 2024 for labs at White Wilson in Navarre. I noticed immediately that the girl that took my blood had a very strong body odor and was breathing really hard while she was standing over me. Neither one of us were wearing a mask. Her whole upper body, including her arms and hands, were broke out in some sort of skin disease and she DID NOT WEAR GLOVES when she was taking my blood!! I felt the very small room did not have proper ventilation and it was very unsanitary and not a real safe environment. I am very bothered by this situation and have zero interest in coming back to this particular facility. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!"

"My son went for an appointment at the White Wilson in Navarre on January 29th! The appointment was made two weeks ago. They told me when I got there that they didn't take my insurance, which was Florida Blue HMO. I said, Why didn't you tell me that when I made the application two weeks ago? When you make an appointment for a PCP, it red flags the insurance when you make the appointment over the phone. They wasted my day; I took off work and lost money to not see a doctor. Not only that, but the nurse that waited on me said, "We wouldn't make enough money on this visit," and "no one makes the wages you do, even if we don't make this kind of money!" Why the hell didn't they tell me this on the phone two weeks ago, and why did they make me feel insignificant, not worth their time, and like a piece of trash!? I will be filing a discrimination claim against them and calling every supervisor I can find to let these people know they can't treat people this way, because honestly," To all the White Wilson's!!!! YOU WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB WITHOUT US! Also, I had to give it 1 star because it won't let you post without at least 1. But my review is a 10!"

"I've waited months for this Gastro referral today with Dr. Elias (who was amazing) Yesterday I stopped by to make sure they had everything they needed at Dr. Elias office. They had nothing! So Yesterday I started calling and never was answered. Left multiple messages and kept calling! Still nothing! Today still no answer and multiple messages!!! What in the world is wrong with Y'all!!!!!! You should definitely remove 'care' from your name!!! Because I can absolutely say that I certainly do not feel cared for!!!!"

"I have been rescheduled 3 different times in a month for issues that I'm not looking to put off. The first time it was plumbing, second time was someone scheduling me on a day they have off, 3rd time was enough. When bringing this up to the receptionist I mentioned Dr. Frier was a great doctor but that the scheduling and customer service has been terrible and that the issues I have isn't something I need rescheduled a month out from my initial schedule. Mid sentence the nurse interrupted me and said "let me stop you because we actually had to reschedule due to his personal life" and went on to mention it was frustrating for them in the office as well but that it wasn't the offices fault for rescheduling. Which, I'm sure it is frustrating but if it is your job to tend to concerns, complaints, etc. You don't cut someone off mid sentence to "stop" them. I would never in my own experience of customer service, ever ask to "stop" a customer from talking and go on to defend the services offered on the doctor. Regardless of his personal life, it was unprofessional to just stop someone from speaking mid sentence without even expressing any empathy and then to go forwards and express your own frustration, again with out any sorry. To have the audacity to even say "let me stop you" the arrogance spoke for itself. Scheduling in error on a day they were off was not my issue either but still got pushed 2 weeks out from an error on their end. I stand by Dr. frier being a good doctor, but after my experience with the staff I will not be going here anymore. I hope whomever I spoke to can manage to humble themselves and learn to empathize with a customers frustration before treating a customer rude due to her own frustrations."
