"Worse customer service ever all employees are screaming and playing around like if they are in a park somewhere and sometimes slip up and sad foul language in front of customers and they do more talk and play on mobile phones instead of really attending the customers. Worst place ever will not recommend to anyone. Have to do something to fix this establishment."
"I live in the area and come everyday, the new employees suck , the one with broken teeth (that’s the only way u can describe her) has a horrible attitude and doesn’t know how to take orders; I came at 2 am and they gave me the wrong guys order , he had to pull up and get his from us & then we still recieved an order with fries which weren’t salted , and horrible attitude on top of the fact that it was only us two and no one else the food took over 30 minutes on top of the mishaps & gave us an attitude when We let them know what order was ours , the customer service is horrible & they’re just there on their phone not worrying about the orders ( which was already placed on the app either way) they need new employees"
"I had to change my review due to an awful experience I just had. I came to eat with my son and halfway into his Double Quarter Pounder he noticed the meat wasn't cooked and the meat was red. When I asked for a new one the employee was very rude and asked why I waited for him to finish the hallway to get a new one. Like it's obvious he just noticed. The employees are very rude and have zero empathy!!!!!!! McDonald's do better on your customer service!!!!!"
"As a master barber at RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC I understand good quality and great service. This McDonald’s offer me that and more as of today I purchase couple of quarter pounders and fries as well as a 10 piece MC nuggets and I left without the nuggets. Came back and I was granted the order. I thank you for valuing me and my family. I highly recommend this place to you you families and friends"
"Worst McDonald in all Miami-Dade. I was a customer for 12 year but now the new manager “Gabriela”(entitled thinks she’s the owner) treats all customers bad, abusing them verbally because she can’t handle rush hours. She threaten customers with no taking their orders just because they came inside the restaurant during working hours. I have a video of this incident. I have never fell so bad in my life in a restaurant. I want an answer."
