"I really like the food but the service was very disappointing. They made a mistake with the amount I was charged and they didn’t want to void the receipt, instead asking me to grab extra drinks or cookies, which is not what I want it. Also, the guy that takes you through each station to select the ingredients of your bowl does it with zero energy, not explaining, and if you ask something he is in a very defensive way. I recommend the place because the food is good, but keep in mind that you have high odds of receiving a bad service. Hopefully the owners dedicate more time to train its employees to give a better service, this way the whole experience can be amazing like the food"

The service provided by Pierre and his team deserves recognition. They're always attentive and make sure we have everything we need. Overall, Rice is a great choice for a meal out.
